Who We Are
With our busy lives, it can be hard to find time to care for our loved ones and ensure that we are still taking care of ourselves. Black Hills Center for Aging is here to help. Located in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota, we provide superior care for adults of any age or ability level with physical, cognitive or developmental impairments. This includes those with brain injury, stroke, Alzheimer’s, or mobility issues. Some of our guests have no physical or cognitive needs simply benefit from socialization and/or supervision.
Our extremely experienced and compassionate staff make sure that your family member enjoys a safe, comfortable and supportive environment to develop friendships and experience a variety of activities, events, entertainment, and community outings.
We also offer caregiver support classes (Powerful Tools for Caregivers and Savvy Caregiver), host Alzheimer’s Association Support Groups, and host Memory Cafe. Our goal is to become the premier aging resource in the Black Hills adding services as they are needed.
Our Vision
